We are committed to your 100% complete satisfaction. We will gladly exchange your product if you don't like it for any reason. Just notify us and send the product back to us (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable) in the original package and in salable condition, within 7 calendar days of receipt, and include a letter letting us know why you didn't like it. Upon inspection we will exchange it (at your own shipping expenses), refund the purchase price or credit.
Returned merchandise must be carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit. If returned merchandise arrives to us broken due to improper packing we cannot issue a credit or refund for broken item(s).
To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a notation stating the reason for your return. Your package must be pre-paid and must be addressed to:

Damaged Merchandise:
Any merchandise received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. After this 3 day period we will not honor any claims for damages.
If you choose to return or exchange a product, please make sure that you insure the shipment through the postal service or shipping service, to ensure that you will receive a refund of the item or purchase price. We cannot be responsible for replacing lost packages or providing refunds, if the items were not insured. Please note, the USPS is responsible for reimbursing or providing you with a refund for any item that may be damaged in transit through their shipping network.
